How it Began
I’m a naturopathic physician and certified life coach. I love helping cancer survivors get back to feeling strong and in charge of their health. I’m especially passionate about helping survivors build their confidence so they can create lives they love after a cancer diagnosis.
You’re a survivor of a cancer diagnosis. You’re either cancer-free and want to prevent recurrence, or living with cancer and want to prevent progression. Either way, you’ve learned that life is precious, and you want to make the most of yours. But maybe you’re discouraged, scared or just too tired to get going.
I was once discouraged and scared, too.
It took my Dad’s death to make me realize I wasn’t making the most of my life. Twenty-eight years earlier, he had been in a terrible automobile accident. Having learned how fragile life is, he lived the remainder of his years to the fullest. He didn’t waste time or words. He spent every moment he could with his loved ones. When he finally succumbed to cancer, he left a huge legacy of happy memories.
At the time Dad died I had a demanding job that paid me well, but I didn’t know if I was making any impact in the world. My long hours at work had created tension within my family. I didn’t want that to be my legacy. But the thought of the changes I needed to make left me shaking in my boots.
It didn’t take long, though, before the urge to live as my most creative and compassionate self became greater than my fear. I found the support I needed, and began taking one step at a time. I soon learned that wherever I was unhappy in my life, it was because I had given away my power to set my own true course. It was time to find out who I was and what I wanted, and create a life that reflected the best I could bring to the world.
Over the next months I came to realize that Life doesn’t want us to live as less than we are, or to hide our visions behind those of others. Just the opposite: Life wants each of us to express the magnificence within ourselves, and to honor that magnificence in each other.
Thinking about how I could do that, I found my way to the classic question: “What would you do if you knew you could not fail?” Scary as the thought was (after all, I was in my 40s at the time!), I knew I wanted to be a doctor. But not just any doctor: a doctor who brings people to their highest wellness by healing their spirits along with their bodies.
Living My Dream
Step by step, I completed my doctoral program at the National College of Natural Medicine, discovering my passion for helping cancer survivors. As I began my medical practice, I quickly recognized how cancer’s emotional impact affects survivors’ ability to heal and thrive. To be a truly holistic physician, I needed to be able to support emotional healing as well as resolve physical issues.
This insight led me to complete certification as a Life Mastery Coach with the prestigious Life Mastery Institute, and create programs that offer answers for both the physical and emotional issues of survivorship under one roof. Imagine – no more running to a separate provider for every health issue!
When nearly 100% of my patients told me they struggle with fear and I couldn’t find a reliable resource to help you, I created a way to return your peace of mind within moments. And there will be more where that came from, because nothing makes me happier than helping survivors like you heal and thrive in every way.

Today I’m living my dream, and helping survivors live theirs. Cancer changes a lot of things, but it doesn’t change your right to the happiest, most purposeful life you can live.
We get there step by step. If you aren’t yet feeling a spring in your step, we start by strengthening your body’s ability to repair and heal itself.
