What gives you joy?
What do you do for fun?
When was the last time you took the time to do something just for you?
You might be surprised how tough it is for many cancer survivors to answer these questions.
I know because I ask these questions all the time. And it makes me sad to see how some of you struggle to answer them.
The reasons are all over the map: working too hard, too many family obligations, don’t know when I could find the time, not sure I know what joy feels like anymore… (any of these sound familiar?)
And while work and family obligations are certainly important, you pay a high price when fun and joy aren’t part of your day, every day.
(Like feeling tired, stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, even depressed.)
That’s why I prescribe joy, fun and self-care as often as I prescribe any supplement.
Survivor Jocelyn found herself in this situation recently. A mom of two, she’d lost herself in the process of creating her successful website design business.
I’ll let her tell you in her own words what happened when she followed my prescription to carve out time just for herself. Click here to watch the video.

The holiday season is fast approaching. You don’t have to grin and bear the stress, hoping to sleep it off when it’s all over. With a few tweaks now, you can end the year filled to the brim with energy and joy.
Wondering how? Let’s talk.
Because your life is too precious for everyone to enjoy it except you.
